To help mitigate this challenge, Dr. Ibbie offers free, 10-15 minute consultation calls to learn more about your presenting concerns and explore the best path forward. Sessions with Dr. Ibbie at Aurora Love Counseling integrate attachment-based therapy, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), subconscious re-patterning, and somatic practices.
Attachment-based therapy helps you understand how early experiences with caregivers shape your current relational patterns and sense of self. CBT supports awareness of the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. ACT encourages values-based, committed action to foster growth and healing. Subconscious re-patterning and somatic practices help address patterns held beneath conscious awareness and stored in the body, supporting deeper integration and lasting change.

About Dr. Ibbie Aromolaran: Your Therapist
Hiiiii, I’m Ibbie Aromolaran, a licensed therapist, social psychologist, and Integrated Attachment Theory coach with a passion for helping individuals break free from unhealthy relationship patterns. With years of experience in attachment-focused therapy, trauma recovery, and relationship counseling, my approach is warm, empathetic, and rooted in scientifically-backed methods.
While relationship health is at the core of what I do, I also offer compassionate, expert care for a wide range of mental health concerns including, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, and postpartum challenges.
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, a PhD in social psychology, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor. I believe in meeting you where you are and guiding you toward a place of healing and empowerment.
