I’ve Been There
I spent years caught in the same frustrating relationship cycles — wanting closeness but often pushing it away with my actions, not understanding why communication felt so hard or why I kept ending up in the same situations with different people.
It wasn’t until I found attachment theory that things finally started to make sense. I began to see how early experiences had shaped my relational patterns — not because something was wrong with me, but because my nervous system was trying to keep me safe.
Understanding my attachment style helped me start showing up differently — in romantic relationships, friendships, with family, and with myself. And from that place, everything began to shift.
Now I get to help others do the same. And there's nothing more fulfilling than watching people break those cycles, experience real connection, and realize they can actually feel safe in love.

When those early environments lacked consistency, safety, or emotional attunement, we adapted. We learned to cling, to shut down, to please, or to stay distant — not because we’re broken, but because we’re wired to survive.
The problem? These same protective strategies that kept us safe back then can hold us back now. They make intimacy feel dangerous. They make boundaries feel threatening. They make love feel... complicated.
