People who have good character exercise integrity, honesty, ethics, responsibility, courage, self-control, etc. Your character is basically who you are, your morals, your values. The way you respond to situations is based largely on your character. This is a truly important factor to pay attention to when vetting for quality partners. ⠀

✅ Consistency.⠀
⠀
This is BIG. Anyone can play a part for a few hours, few days or few weeks. But are they CONSISTENTLY showing you character traits that align with what you desire? Are they CONSISTENTLY showing up for you? Do their words match their actions? Do they follow through? Consistency is something you should assess over time. Don’t be impressed by the one-off things they do. ⠀

Compatibility can spread to multiple areas. Is their lifestyle compatible with yours? Is their vision for the future compatible with yours? Are you compatible in values, beliefs and ideas? Drive?
